Ici, vous êtes dans une ancienne bâtisse rénovée (vieilles pierres et bois) qui mèle autenticité et la touche contemporaine d'Emmanuelle, ex-décoratrice à Paris.
Dernière maison avant la plage (400 mètres), séparée d'elle par des champs, des marais et de la couleur changeante de la mer.
Ce gîte est situé dans un petit hameau typique breton, silencieux.
La lumière, les oiseaux, les promenades, les baignades, le feu de bois dans le poèle ouvert, la maison en couleur, le confort sont ses premiers atouts.
La grande plage aèrée de Kerouini vous ravira; le petit port de la Pointe de Trévignon (en face de l'archipel des Glénan) vous invitera encore à la contemplation.
Le poisson et les crustacés sont aux bateaux.
Repos, balades, culture, rêve, vous apprécierez la découverte d'une région au patrimoine riche (visite en photos ici).
Concarneau et sa vie maritime, Pont-Aven, la cité des peintres vous ouvrent leurs portes, et, à peine plus loin, Quimper et ses vieux quartiers, la petite station balnéaire de Bénodet, Fouesnant, ses grandes plages et ses festivités estivales n'attendent que votre bon vouloir.

Rental holiday cottage for 8 persons, 400 metres from the beach

This cottage is an old building which has been renovated (old stone and wood). It mingles authenticity as well as the modern style of Emmanuelle, who used to be a decorator in Paris.
Last cottage before arriving to the beach (400 meters from the ocean), it is only separated from the ocean by fields, swamps and the shimmering reflections of the sea.
The cottage is located in a typical Breton hamlet, very quiet.
The light, birds, strolls, proximity of the ocean, the possibility of making fires in the wood burning stove and the comfort of this colorful house are only some of its assets.
The vast beach of Kerouini will enchant you and the little harbour at the Pointe de Trévignon (facing the ‘Glénan’ archipelago) will bring you to contemplation. Fresh fish and crustaceans are available in the harbour.

Concarneau and its harbour, Pont Aven, the city which inspired so many painters, will all open their gates to you. A bit further, you will be able to enjoy Quimper and its historical districts, the little costal resort of Bénodet, as well as Fouesnant, its large beaches and its summer festivities.
